New Eating Plan Journal

Today is the first day that I'm giving this new plan an honest shot. I plan to follow it until it isn't giving me results anymore. Then I'll change tactics again or try something different. What I'm doing is outlined in the post before this one. I weigh myself each morning after I wake up. This idea started after I had a binge that pushed me up to nearly 130lbs (59kg)... after a 24 hour fast I was back down to 128lbs (58kg.)

Total calories: 560
Total weight: 4 ounces

Day 4
125.0lb (56.7kg)

Total calories: 410
Total weight: 4.8 ounces

Day 5
124.2lb (56.3kg)
Intake:
1 serving Cheetos Organic White Cheddar chips (140 calories,) 1 serving Frito's Chili Cheese chips (160 calories,) 1 Nature's Valley Chewy Trail Mix Dark Chocolate and Cherry bar (140 calories,) 1 Quaker Oats Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip bar (100 calories.)
Total calories: 540 calories
Total weight: 4 ounces

I need to pay close attention to this and remind myself how simple it is to lose weight. All I have to do is stick to the plan for a few weeks and I'll be at a short term goal weight. It's simple not to eat. Would I rather stuff myself and risk gaining two pounds or relax and lose half a pound? That's an easy decision to make.
